Academic Fees

Each year students will have academic fees based on grade level and coursework. Fees can be paid by using PaySchool Central, check or cash.
NEW THIS YEAR: EZ Pay was acquired by PaySchools Central, and this has changes how they collect online payments. Fees can still be paid by check (the easiest and cheapest) or online following the steps below.

  • Beginning July 1, 2025,  EZ Pay was transitioned to PaySchools Central for credit card and ACH payments. 
  • To create a PaySchools account, select Madeira Schools. If you have already created an account on PaySchools for lunch fees with Milford Schools, you will need to create a new account with a different email. 
  • ACH has a $1.75 fee per transaction. 
  • Credit card payments have a 3.25% fee plus a $1.25 per-transaction fee.   
  • Families are encouraged to pay by ACH or check for OKEP, MPS, and AP tests due to the high credit card fee.

Pay to Participate for Band, Guard, Model UN, Mock Trial, Theatre, Academic Team and Ski Club as well as chromebook insurance can be accessed through Payschools Optional Fees.
 

Lunch Fees:  Milford Exempted Village School District manages our students’ lunch fees. 

  • Create a separate PaySchools account from your fee account using a separate email.  Select Milford EVSD as the school. 
  • Once the account is created, log in to PaySchools Central.
  • Select Milford EVSD as the school.
  • Add lunch money to the account.
     

Athletic Fees

  • All athletic fees can be paid by cash or check turned in to the Athletic Office, or online through FinalForms.
