May12th,2026

We’re in the final stretch—just 9 school days remain, and our seniors have only a few days left in the building. The energy is building, and the end of the 2025–26 school year is within reach. While it’s an exciting time, we still have important work to finish to ensure a smooth and successful close.

The next couple of weeks include final exams, Chromebook collection, awards programs, senior events, and graduation. Your attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork will be essential as we navigate these final days.

Below you’ll find key information related to exams and make-up expectations, Chromebook collection, and upcoming events.

Thank you for staying focused and supporting one another. Your efforts make a difference, and they help create meaningful experiences for our students. Let’s finish the year strong.

         MHS Day of Service
Madeira High School is excited for our annual Day of Service this Thursday, May 14th!

All 9th–11th grade students and staff will be participating, traveling to nearly 30 agencies across the Greater Cincinnati area to engage in meaningful service work.

The day will begin with students reporting to the cafeteria for a Student Government–sponsored pancake breakfast, followed by a guest speaker in the auditorium. Groups will then depart for service sites around 9:00 a.m.

Students will return between 1:30–2:30 p.m., with time to enjoy activities, games, and an ice cream truck (with items for purchase) as a way to celebrate their efforts together. Students who drive may leave after 2:00 p.m., but are not permitted to transport other students. Parent pick-up or walking home are also options, and regular bus service will run at 2:35 p.m.

The Day of Service reflects our district’s commitment to giving back—it’s not just something we do, it’s part of who we are.

End of Year Parent Survey

We'd appreciate a few moments of your time to complete our end-of-year parent survey. Using a single link, you will be asked questions for each school your students attend. The survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Last year we debuted a new survey format, and your responses have directly helped shape our district and building goals. You can see last year’s results posted on our website. We are striving to be better tomorrow than we are today, and your feedback is a vital part of our growth.
